I think a lot about how startup operators turn chaos into strategic advantage.
Currently Head of Ops at Juicer Energy. Before that: early ops hire and COO at a few startups and a couple of unicorns (Uber, DoorDash). I've built teams from 0 to 100+, launched dozens of markets, and lived through every stage from scrappy to scale.
0-1 looks nothing like 1-10, which looks nothing like 10-100. Most ops leaders hit a wall when their old playbook stops working. I'm interested in what it takes to see around those corners before you hit them.
You can build systems all day, but if you don't evolve as a an operator and a leader, you become the bottleneck. The loneliest part of ops work is figuring out who you need to become next—and doing it while everything's on fire.
Most people treat chaos as a problem to eliminate. The best operators I know? They've learned to transform ambiguity into their greatest strategic advantage. That's The Critical Shift.

I keep my coaching practice small and selective—usually a few leaders at a time who are scaling themselves as well as their companies.
I also do team workshops for those navigating critical inflection points: scaling up or down, leader development, building resiliance, team realignment.
If you think there might be a fit. No obligations.
